Some encounters change everything. People, ideas, moments... and sometimes, alliances. The one we are building with NTD Software is one of those meaningful encounters. Truman and NTD are different companies, yes, with different approaches and different histories. But we are united by something powerful: the conviction that technology can enhance people’s work without dehumanizing it.
That, and the certainty that when processes flow better, talent is set free.
Today, we want to share with you, openly and sincerely, what we’re building together, and why we believe this marks a turning point for Truman… and for you, as part of this community.
At Truman, we’ve always bet on the human side of things. On direct contact. On close follow-up. On accompanying with insight. But over time, as our operations grew naturally, we started to notice something: some processes that once worked well were beginning to drag. What we once handled with a couple of spreadsheets became complicated. Tasks that used to take minutes began taking hours. And we knew we didn’t want to lose the agility and quality that define us.
That’s when the search began. And that’s when NTD appeared.
NTD didn’t just understand our challenges. They made them their own. Instead of offering us a generic solution or a pre-packaged platform, they sat down with us to listen. To understand our workflows. To ask the questions that matter.
That’s how we began designing, from scratch, a software platform built exclusively for Truman. Not to change who we are but to amplify it. To make our processes smoother. To ensure our decisions are backed by real-time data. To allow our teams to focus on what truly adds value: relationships, strategy, growth.
A lot. And for the better.
For example, our recruitment process will be more agile than ever. Right now, filling a vacancy involves dozens of manual steps: posting, reviewing profiles, coordinating interviews, following up with clients. With the new platform, all of that will be automated. Not to replace us but to free us. To let us spend more time improving each proposal’s quality, better analyzing candidates, having more conversations.
We’ll also have a centralized document management system. Every file, every contract, every performance review will be in one secure and accessible place. No more searching for physical folders or wasting time digging through files. And with integrated e-signatures, the process will be as simple as tapping your phone.
One of the features we’re most excited about is the real-time dashboard system. We’ll be able to instantly visualize key KPIs: how many processes are active, how long each closure takes, which recruitment channels work best, how each team is performing. All in one place, in seconds.
And best of all, this system won’t be rigid. It will grow with us. It will adapt to new services, new methodologies, new needs.
This isn’t just about software. It’s not “automation for the sake of automation.” It’s about how we envision Truman’s future. A future where technology is an ally, not a barrier. Where we can grow without losing our human touch. Where we can operate more intelligently, without losing empathy.
The partnership with NTD is, at its core, a statement. It says we don’t want to keep doing things the same way just because “that’s how it’s always been done.” It shows we’re willing to rethink. That we want to be better.
The project is underway, but there's still a long way to go. And like all meaningful things, we’re building it carefully, step by step, listening, testing, adjusting. But the impact is already being felt. The shift in energy, in focus, in possibilities, it’s already here.
We’re excited to imagine all we’ll be able to do with this tool. But even more excited about what we’ll be able to offer: greater agility, more transparency, more time to listen, more quality in every interaction.
Thank you for being here. For trusting. For growing with us. Like all good stories, this one is built in community. And what we’re building with NTD is not just a project, it’s the beginning of a new chapter.
And we want to live it with you.
